If I read correctly after Barrigan died and the war was over she somehow survived, and became ruler of Hueco Mundo. Then apparently the Quincy came and took it over, and did not kill her. If/when she gets out, she's gonna want revenge. Dandylion-head's gonna have another Arrancar ally it seems.
